Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso
This would cost a good 5 bucks at your local starbs… or 2$ at home! Plus you can skip the line!
Ingredients
1 - 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Dash of cinnamon (Optional)
Double shot of espresso
Ice
Milk of choice
Instructions:
Step 1: Add brown sugar and cinnamon to a cup
Step 2: Pour double shot over the sugar. (Either use espresso, a double shot of nespresso, or a warm double shot with instant coffee).
Step 3: Secure lid and SHAKE!
Step 4: Add ice.
Step 5: SHAKE again!
Step 6: Add milk of choice
Step 7: Stir and enjoy
Notes
The biggest key to remember here is to shake twice. The first shake blends in the sugar into the coffee, the second shake cools down the drink over ice. Both shakes add air and fluffyness to the flavor. It’s my afternoon go to. Go make one now!
